Question by egbarquest: How considerably does it expense to build a bar from the ground up? Constructing and all.?
I'm searching for some rough estimates for a smaller bar/restaurant. I am wondering if it would be less expensive to buy a piece of land and construct what I want rather of purchasing an current creating/bar and renovating. Just the building, no need for the "guts" like bar equipment. Where would I locate someone to support with
